2. Scope and website delivery

This notice concerns Biondi Group’s information website and the book extract. The current website has no shopping cart, online checkout, contact form or newsletter.

Delivering pages involves processing technical data such as IP addresses and requested resources. Depending on the hosting configuration, logs may also contain access times, browser information, referrers and response codes. The purpose is to deliver and secure the website; the intended legal basis is legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Actual log fields and deletion periods still need confirmation with the hosting provider.

3. Hosting and private preview

The current private preview is hosted through Sites at a chatgpt.site address. Access controls and infrastructure are operated by the platform and may involve additional authentication and security processing, separate from the website code described below.

Before public launch, the contracting hosting entity, recipients, processing agreements, storage locations, retention and any international transfers and safeguards must be specified. The final hosting provider has not yet been confirmed.

4. Email and telephone enquiries

When you contact us, we process the contact details and information you provide to handle your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries rely on Article 6(1)(f), reflecting our legitimate interest in responding.

Ivan Biondi manages info@biondi-group.com through Zoho Mail. Zoho is used for email processing. The contracting entity, account region, subprocessors and any international transfers must be verified for the actual account. Provider information: Zoho privacy policy.

Enquiry data should be deleted once the matter is resolved, unless statutory retention requirements or other legitimate reasons require longer retention. The actual deletion procedure and applicable retention periods still need to be established.

5. Cookies, language and external content

The website code does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not load tracking scripts. Language selection is carried in the page address through the “lang” parameter, without cookies, Local Storage or Session Storage.

Fonts, the logo, the book cover and the PDF extract are served by the same website host. Loading them does not contact Google Fonts. External links are opened only when selected.

These statements concern the website code. Cookies or storage used by the private hosting and sign-in platform must be checked separately. Whether consent is required under section 25 TDDDG depends on the services actually used.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable GDPR conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and portability (Article 20). Any consent given may be withdrawn for the future without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Objection: under Article 21 GDPR, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation to processing based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f). You may object to direct marketing at any time. The current website code does not carry out direct marketing or make automated decisions about visitors.

7. Complaints
